Elgin Energy EsCo Ltd. is seeking to develop a co-located solar PV and battery storage project on land located at Deptford Farm, High Bickington, Umberleigh, Devon EX37 9BP. The development will occupy approximately 29.5 ha of agricultural land and is located approximately 9km east of Great Torrington and in a rural area with several small surrounding settlements, including Ebberley 2.5km west, Rodborough 3km south-west and Atherington 4km north.

This website was created as part of the pre-planning process in order to allow for comments and feedback from interested parties before the planning application is submitted.
